INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS
"Integrated Technology Systems of Winder, the developer of the ThugFindIRTM, an advanced thermal imaging product for use by public safety officers, has awarded Accurate Plastics and Mold Company of Auburn, a contract to produce the tooling and molded components to start full nationwide distribution of the ruggedized ThugFindIRTM.
This contract involves the production of a very complicated set of actuated tools required for the injection molding process, as well as being the source for production of the highly detailed molded components required to produce a finished ThugFindIRTM enclosure. Accurate Plastics has been instrumental in the Computer Aided Design process and has worked very closely over the past few months with David Ratliff, I.T.S Partner and Director of Engineering.
"We are excited to announce that Accurate Plastics was selected from the list of qualified injection molding companies who competed for the ThugFindIRTM business. In Addition to presenting a very competitively priced bid, their quality of work, dedication to customer service, and ability to quickly respond to future demands, were deciding factors" said Greg Davis, I.T.S CEO.
" We look forward to officially launching the ThugFindIRTM product line in the first quarter of 2011, and could not have accomplished this without the solid expertise and advice made available by Accurate Plastics" said David Ratliff at I.T.S.
I.T.S is an up and coming industry leader for developing and delivering advanced equipment to the public safety market. They are the sole manufacturer's representative for the Digital Ally In-car Video Mirror and other Digital Ally equipment. I.T.S also has an installation and IT team which supports over 450 departments in Alabama, Georgia, North and South Carolina. The ThugFindIRTM is the first of many new products on the development schedule. With the response received from the BETA testing, a nationwide rollout is planned within the next few months.
